Training rooms have different demands from standard meeting rooms. Presenters need to be heard clearly at the back of the room, content needs to be visible from every seat, and participants joining remotely need to feel part of the session. We design AV systems that meet all three.

A typical training room setup includes a large-format commercial display or LED wall, a ceiling or lapel microphone for the presenter, a room camera to capture the session, a professional speaker system, and a wireless presentation device so trainers can connect without adapters or cables.

For rooms used for both in-person and hybrid training, we integrate Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms so remote participants are included from the start. Larger rooms benefit from dual displays — one for content, one for the remote video feed — so the presenter and audience are always visible.

We work with leading brands including Logitech, Yealink, Smart, Absen, Avocor, and Barco. Every system is designed to the room — we survey the space, assess acoustics and sightlines, and recommend equipment that fits the environment and budget.
