The benefits of these spaces is that groups of staff can get together quickly and with a simple plug in there is no complicated technology to get the discussion going quickly.
These are something we now see quite frequently. Sometimes, these are a dedicated room, in other cases, these are an open planned space to allow staff to gather and collaborate in a small area.
Usually kitted out with a smaller screen, EG. 50” and a local cable input to allow uses to connect easily to the screen. Screen with power on and off as and when the laptop is connected.
