Room booking can take on a number of forms, but the end goal is the same. Allow someone to easily book a room desk and have an occupancy indication at the location, to show people if the area is available now, available at a certain time, busy or maybe needs cleaned. This provides any business an effective way of managing various rooms and saves on wasted time, with groups of people wandering about the building looking for an office.
Desk booking in the blended work environment allows desks to be shared. This has the potential to reduce the number of desks needed and a means of providing staff the ability to allocate desk time as they require.
Our ‘out of the box’ systems give users the ability to schedule, cancel and amend meetings directly from email calendars like office 365, apps or from the touch-enabled panels outside each room. If you have existing control software or require a more complex solution, our experts can provide custom-built solutions to integrate with your existing systems or facilities management software.

The display panel is usually located outside the relevant room and shows information about the current availability of the room and also allows the room to be booked from the panel. Alternatively, the room can be booked through an Office 365 calendar.
