At Fluid AV, we offer a service that will involve us being there, with you, for the entire journey. From initial consultation to final hand over and training, we look after everything.
No two projects are the same but they all start with a conversation. Whether you have a clean canvas or a predetermined plan, we’ll consult with you to understand and interpret your exact needs and wants. Consultation is absolutely free and if we feel that we are not the right fit for you, we will let you know early on. We are happy to provide a free on-site visit to ensure that the design that we supply is one that will work in the environment.
We will design the system around your requirements and budget using trusted and reliable brands. We are a member of Avixa and our designers are trained to Avixa Technology Specialist standard. We are a brand agnostic company and do not push a particular brand. It’s much more important that the system does what you need it to so we use the right equipment for the job.
We can manage the entire AV project. We manage all stock deliveries, liaise with on-site contacts and we will co-ordinate with other trades, provide schematics & elevations, and timescales. We pride ourselves on how simple we keep everything, and our delivery success rate.
We have a dedicated team that will work to ensure that the installation takes place seamlessly, which minimises the down time for the business. We gain a lot of referral business due to the time, effort and care taken in our installations. Were others use visible methods, we go the extra mile keep the installation tidy.
We provide a wide range of programming and have engineers trained at various levels for Extron, Medialon, Crestron, brightsign and other applications. We have a wide range of programming skills which are essential to provide the complete package.
We ensure that before we hand over the system to the client, we thoroughly setup, test and ensure that the system is performing to specification. Once checked by our commissioning engineers, we will then hand over to the client ready for use. We provide basic training and can allocate specific times for dedicated staff training.
