Who we are

Fluid AV are a dedicated bunch of tech-heads who love to get the right solution for our customers and who equally love to see the end result. Our team designs, installs and maintains audio video systems for companies and organisations across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and beyond.

Fluid AV, is a member of AVIXA (Audio Visual and Integrated Experience Association), the body responsible for certification and performance standards.

Fluid AV’s MD, Stephen Mayne holds the prestigious Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®) certification from AVIXA. CTS holders at all levels of certification and have demonstrated audio visual knowledge and/or skills. We adhere to the CTS Code of Ethics and Conduct and maintain their status through continued education.

Highlights include:

Working alongside Titanic Belfast ahead of the iconic building’s opening to develop AV solutions for the conferencing suites and meeting rooms on the 5th and 6th floors.

Designing and installing a solution to amplify an exhibition of galactic proportions – the Tim Peake Spacecraft exhibition – at the Ulster Transport Museum on behalf of National Museums NI.

Delivering AV infrastructure and AV control systems including an LED video wall for Belfast MET.

Our Team

Fluid AV was established in 2006 by AV specialist, Stephen Mayne. Operating from an office and warehouse in Saintfield, County Down, Fluid AV’s teams consist of some of the best-trained design and installation specialists in the business, who have worked across Europe in cities including Belfast, Dublin, London, Berlin, Madrid and Stockholm.

With a background in electronics, Stephen has grown the Fluid AV business from a one-man operation to managing a team of AV experts who deliver multi-site projects across Europe. Fluid AV are the team who have created the AV solutions for some of the country’s most recognizable sites, buildings and companies.

Newline

Newline are a relatively new brand to us and we supply interactive touchscreen displays from newline interactive. They are a huge company outside of the UK and Ireland and are growing market share in the interactive display panels. They partner with displaynote and Oktopus to provide an all-round interactive touch panel for the education sector.

NEC / Sharp

NEC have joined forces with Sharp to become SharpNECDisplays. We provide a range of displays including interactive displays, digital signage from SharpNEC as well a wide range of projectors and lenses.

Mersive

Mersive make the amazing solstice. The Solstice platform offers a wireless presentation experience that puts content at the centre of every meeting. Fit for any meeting space – such as conference rooms, huddle spaces or classrooms – Solstice will help you spend less time setting up and more time collaborating.

Logitech

Logitech are a brand that if you’ve spent anytime in the computing world, you will have heard of. Logitech also have a very strong pro audio visual section within their portfolio. They product some excellent video conferencing equipment such as the Logitech Meetup, Logitech Rally with TAP, webcams, PTZ cameras, streaming products and lots more.

Kramer

We stand by our every day use of Kramer cabling. We use Kramer for all our HDMI cables and a variety of other cabling as their quality is superb and failure rate is very low. Kramer have a huge range of products available that covers a vast array of areas of video and audio distribution.

Huddly

Huddly are a specialist camera company who use several technologies to obtain superb performance. They combine good hardware, software and Artificial intelligence to ensure the quality of the end product is to a very high standard. They also partner with companies such as Creston who use Huddly cameras in their soundbars.

Extron

Another control system company and probably the more affordable option. Extron provide a huge range of audio visual options and a visit to www.extron.com will highlight the sheer range of options they manufacture. They are also one of the biggest providers of training in the Industry.

Epson

We provide a wide range of Epson projectors and lenses. Epson have been making projectors and lenses for quite some time and they have a wide selection to fit most locations.

We partner with displaynote for several software applications. These include Displaynote Launcher, Montage and broadcast. Displaynote Launcher offers a unique solution to quick access of personal information which can be accessed simply by swiping your phone in front of a touch screen.

Barco

As a Barco Clickshare Conference partner, we have access to the excellent Barco CX range of wireless presentation systems. Barco have a huge range of products from medical displays to projection, presentation and much more. They are most well known for their conference system which has the barco USB button for one press sharing.

Avocor specialise in interactive touchscreens. We use an Avocor touchscreen in our own boardroom setup. They have options for every room, space and budget.
