The Brief

AMS, one of the world’s leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) companies, required a modern, reliable AV environment for its Belfast office in the Ewart Building. The space supports a wide range of internal and external communications, from daily meetings to larger town hall-style sessions connecting teams across the UK, Ireland and global offices.

AMS worked with project contractor FKM and engaged Fluid AV to deliver consistent, easy-to-use AV solutions across the building that would support collaboration at every level.

The Solution

Fluid AV designed and delivered AV solutions across 11 areas, including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and a central town hall space. The project included a mix of video conferencing, presentation and digital signage solutions, tailored to suit rooms of various sizes and functions. Particular focus was placed on the town hall area, ensuring it could reliably support large group meetings and seamless communication with AMS offices in other locations. All systems were designed to be intuitive and dependable, enabling staff to connect and collaborate with ease.

The Impact

The completed AV installation supports clear, consistent communication across AMS’s Belfast headquarters and wider network. Teams can now collaborate more effectively both internally and with colleagues across the UK, Ireland and internationally.
