Who are Schoms ? SCHOMS is the professional body for Senior Managers working within Higher Education and their members lead and manage a diverse set of educational, technological, media and institutional development and support services.

Who can go to the Schoms conference this year ? There are dedicated days for members of Schoms but there is an open day when anyone can attend. This year that open day is the 18th of June.

Why are we presenting @ Schoms ? For a number of years, we have been working closely with higher education customers. Most recently, we have been awarded a place on the NWUPC & CPC frameworks which has not only enhanced that relationship but has also provided additional opportunities so we felt that there was an obvious synergy with our current expertise in this sector and the Schoms members.

What do we bring to the sector ? We are an audiovisual integrator with a real passion for creating smart, user-friendly solutions that make teaching, learning, and collaboration easier and more engaging. We’ve worked extensively across the education and public sectors, delivering everything from hybrid classrooms and lecture theatres to immersive simulation spaces and full-campus AV rollouts.

Why have Quality standards ? Teaching spaces are the places were our children learn and grow. These spaces are part of their lives for a number of years. We ensure that the technology used in these spaces is not only the right technology for the space, but that there are standards in place to ensure that we are also doing things the right way. We are certified to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, so our clients know they’re in safe hands.
